Job Summary:      The Cook I is responsible for ensuring a safe, sanitary environment in the facility kitchen.  Ensures menus are posted and food is prepared in time for service of residents and food served in compliance with the Statement of Work.  Education and Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required.  One year of experience working in a kitchen serving 25 people or more required.  Food handlers license is required.  Experience may be waived with approval from COO/CFO/Executive Director or
