About Us

The Aspen Room is a beautiful event venue in Flagstaff, Arizona where you can host any kind of event from baptisms to wedding celebrations. A spacious one room party hall available for rent 7 days a week. We are located on the first floor. The total capacity is for 200 people with long or round banquet tables. We have ample parking nearby and public transportation by bus and taxi just minutes away from downtown.

Our simple yet elegant venue comes with a stage, sound system with mp3/phone hook up, buffet/bar with prep kitchen, coat/storage room, pinata hook and dimmable lighting.

The Aspen Room is available for rent for your special day. Decorate it the way you would like. Our pricing is based on the day of the week your event will be reserved. We always do our best to work with you. Our Hall is designed for you to plan the party according to your needs and budget. You can put together the perfect party by doing the party planning yourself or you can bring in your own vendors ranging from party planners, linen rental services, limo services, DJ’s, photographers, videographers, caterers and more.
