She delivers a strategic, human-centered, and impact-driven approach to training, with a diverse portfolio covering human resources, operations, marketing, business scaling, burnout management for owners and employees, and lean, efficient operations. Dr. Dhanraj is known for translating complex operational challenges into practical, actionable strategies that businesses can implement immediately.

Originally from the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Dhanraj and her husband are active Chamber members and co-owners of Southwest Sips Mobile Bar and 424 Business Group, further grounding her work in real-world entrepreneurial experience.
